A Perspective Built From Experience
Hojung graduated from UCLA with a degree in Business Economics, building a strong foundation in finance, business, and analytical decision-making. She later studied Interior Design through UCLA Extension, further developing her passion for design and her ability to blend aesthetics with functionality.
With a background as a CPA and a decade of experience in real estate, home remodeling, and property investment, Hojung approaches every project with both a strategic and creative perspective. Her ability to understand the numbers while seeing the potential in a property allows her to make thoughtful decisions that balance financial value, design, functionality, and long-term appeal.
